Paul’s work has been transformative for me, physically, and often emotionally/spiritually as well. I have always kept a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck, and the tightness was worsened by a painful herniation in my cervical spine a few years ago. Physical therapy and acupuncture helped with initial recovery but it wasn’t until I started regular sessions with Paul that the deeper tension was addressed and I’m feeling better than I have in years. The benefits I’ve experienced from a combination of Paul’s deep tissue massage work and meditative “stillness” work are obvious even to my spouse. I see the therapy as an integral part of my “health insurance plan”.
